My performance piece is about email exchanges as nests, the inbox setting as snippets of conversations creating a moving platform between actors.

Biography

I am a London-based organisational practitioner using multidisciplinary sources for change in the context of business, education and healthcare. I am known as a convener, teacher, writer and speaker. In 2020, I completed my Professional Doctorate in Organisational Change, drawing on action research, arts-based inquiry and relational practice. My academic roots are in Psychology and Social Psychology, with over 15 practice years as a consultant for a many different organisations around the world. As adjunct faculty member, I currently support doctorate candidates with their inquiries in organisational change at Hult Ashridge. I co-manage Ei SMART, a charity supporting early intervention for infants with developmental differences, working in co-production with parents. As an advocate for families, I am interested in parenting as an educational practice and life-long learning, starting in infancy. In 2017, I participated in the Bridge Project with Katja Hilevaara, Tara Fatehi, Chris Heighes, Johanna Linsley and Emily Orley, which was a series of workshops culminating in a performance about building a bridge. The project was performed at the Pleasance Theatre, London May - June 2017. I have written about patient advocacy and its role in healthcare improvement.
